I needed my order amended, so I called customer services and spoke with Natalie, I was instantly assured the issue had been rectified and was sent a replacement item that day and received the item within 2 working days.
Unfortunately when the item arrived it was slightly too long, I spoke to Natalie again and explained the situation and she kindly sent me a shorter chain and a stamped addressed envelope inside, so I could return the longer chain at no extra cost.
Amazing customer service and couldn’t of had a friendlier/ more professional and efficient customer service experience. A1 company ????????✨

I never write reviews but I just had to after receiving my order. It was so lovely how it comes in really cute packaging, made me so excited!! I had free delivery and my order came the next day which was so good. The jewellery itself is so reasonably priced and such great quality! So excited to wear my rings.

I made a Trust Pilot account JUST to give this review because I've been so blown away by this brand and their amazing customer service.
I was looking for cheap but good quality jewelry to wear in the shower and never take off and this is it! It's heavy, solid and substantial and there are so many contemporary designs available. I was unsure what it would be like at this price as I've been burned by so many things that turned my skin green but when it arrived I was blown away and I haven't taken my pieces off since.
I unfortunately misread the ring guide on the website meaning I have had to place 3 orders (make sure you read it properly, unlike me!!!), they were so nice about returning everything when I emailed, they replied within hours, and even managed to swap out an order before it had been sent.
Look forward to placing more orders and supporting a small business - love bohomoon so much!

Honestly one of the best companies I have ever come across. As a huge lover of jewellery I’ve bought from many jewellery companies but always found that jewellery tarnishes so quickly, this was until I found bohomoon! The jewellery is tarnish free and the quality is absolutely amazing (when I mean amazing I mean AMAZING), plus the pieces are so cute and really stand out. I am a huge fan of gold but you can buy silver and rose gold too and there’s nothing better than having your favourite pieces in different colours. Delivery is brilliant and the packaging is so cute! If anyone’s thinking of purchasing jewellery, I would highly recommend bohomoon. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars all the way!

Having never heard of the company, I bought a ring but it didn’t fit so I exchanged it for a larger size. The service throughout was superb, I even had a personal, friendly email from Alison saying my replacement had been sent. The ring wasn’t very expensive but again, it exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend.
